PAE: 2015 - Present: CISCO Network/Systems Administrator

 

Responsibilities included maintaining CISCO network equipment in a critical flight test environment, and building/maintaining various servers to support network and Active Directory infrastructure.  Areas of Windows server expertise include:  Active Directory, Group Policy, WSUS, Enterprise CA, PKI, file and storage, print services, virtualization.  Responsibilities also included providing technical network/systems support for multiple US Navy NAVAIR projects,and supporting various aircraft platforms (F-35, F-18E, X-47, P-8, V-22, MH-60, FireScout, Global Hawk). These responsibilities include:

 

·   Building and configuration of  new Windows Server 2012 R2 server infrastructure

·   Building of new Windows Active Directory Infrastructure (Forest/Domain/OU’s)

·   Building and maintenance of Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPOs)

·   Building and maintenance of  virtual servers, including Ent CA, Domain Controllers, WSUS (Hyper-V), file and storage, print services

·   Building and maintenance of workstations (Windows 7, 8, 10) on various hardware platforms

·   Configuration, hardening/securing, and maintenance of all Windows systems and CISCO routers/switches in an IOS environment

Performed carpentry work for W.M. Davis in 2006.  Job responsibilities included all aspects of carpentry, and construction management.  This includes the building and finishing of custom houses, as well as commercial and office facilities.
